Test Agents in multiple datacenters

Hi,



I have setup some test agents in a few machines in one datacenter and I am running my tests using test manager(rational) from another datacenter.



Will this scenario give me similar response times compared to me going to the same datacenter where my test agents are installed and running the test from that dc or will the network inbetween both the datacenter will have an affect on my results.



I hope I am clear with this question.
